Welcome to ARISE Outreach Ministry!

Our vision is to cultivate a strong, prayer-rooted movement that transforms lives, strengthens the Church, and establishes God’s presence across our region.

We envision:

• A unified body of believers operating in spiritual authority
• Families restored and fortified through prayer
• Churches strengthened and aligned in purpose
• A region awakened to the power and presence of God.

ARISE Outreach Ministry exists to awaken, equip, and mobilize believers through prayer, intercession, and biblical truth—advancing the Kingdom of God.

We are committed to standing in the gap for families, churches, leaders, and our region through strategic prayer, spiritual activation, and Christ-centered outreach.

We ARISE as believers in JESUS CHRIST

We ARISE to INTERCEDE for others

We INTERCEDE to ADVANCE the kingdom.

Our mission is led by Elder Jean Cannon.

Elder Jean Cannon is a woman of faith, intercessor, mentor, entrepreneur, and visionary. As Founder of Arise Outreach Ministry, she is committed to serving God, strengthening families, uplifting communities, and creating meaningful opportunities for prayer, connection, and purposeful outreach.

Guided by her commitment to faith and service, Elder Cannon believes in the power of prayer to transform lives, restore hope, and bring people together. Her vision is to cultivate a community where individuals feel supported, empowered, and encouraged to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
